Check both Entry Form and Insurance Waiver.
Check forms for legible and complete information.
Verrify the fee sent is correct.
Must include a valid ACA Membership Number or additional $6.00 Event Membership.
Three hole punch both forms.
Mark both forms in the upper right-hand corner with first letter of the entrants last and circle it.
File both Forms alphabetically in a Three Ring Binder #1.
Creating Class Lists
Set up Three Ring Binder using the Divider Sets so you have a seperate section for each class.
Populate each section with one or more copies of the Class List Form.
Now transfer each class entered by each entrant to the Class Lists in Binder #2.
Make an exception list in the front of Binder #2 for OC-2 Partners that have not entered yet.
Make an exception list in the front of Binder #2 for Entrants that have sent the incorrect fee.
Make an exception list in the front of Binder #2 for Entrants that have sent forms missing information.
Creating Bib Lists
After Late Registration has closed, finish entering all entrants in the Class Lists.
Seeding Competitors when creating the Bib Lists is tricky.
There are three approaches: First is Best First, (race runs faster). The second is Best Last, (spectators like this one).
The third is the order they entered the race, (Registrars like this one because it's the easiest).
Using the approved class (order) list, create a Bib List for each day of competition.
Keep these lists in Binder #3.
