There are three words race chairmen must have full knowledge and command of when he or she takes on the responcibility of being the chairman of a slalom race. They are:

Be firm with any descision. The only exception to a rule or a procedure, that you should grant any competitor, is one that you would be willing to grant every competitor! Once you have descided not to grant an exception, use one of the three words above in a very firm manor!
